"Beam me up Scotty"
Finally Mr. Hopson placed himself into a contract situation. Cavs are inking him to a two-year $3.8 mil deal.
he will be making $200,000 for the final 7 games.
Gives the Cavs a nice trade piece for offseason that receiving team can cut and not pay a dime, because 2nd yr is non-guaranteed.
I don't know why more teams aren't doing these types of deals because they can become great trade assets and if they don't, cut em.
He has shot 48% this year from 3 in the Euroleague and could be a poor mans CJ Miles if he isn't retained next year, but that's not saying much.
