Who are some Seniors that you feel should be looked at in the second round, or worthy of a roster spot in the league as an undrafted Rookie.

Alternatively, which Seniors may get stashed overseas or the D-League for more development and observation while a team holds onto their draft rights….ala James Ennis.

3 of my guys that Scouts should be pushing on their GM are:

Venky Jois – East Washingtons all time leading Scorer and high character bench guy. Also plays solid defense

Anthony Drmic – Boise State legend with nice range. Prototypical NBA size for the wing at 6’6".

Majok Deng – Sun Belt leading scorer and an athletic 6’10" stretch forward. Rim Protection and a Channing Frye type.

    Anyone else?

Guys like Ron Baker and Fred van vleet probably won’t get drafted but will get a look on summer league rosters for sure.

Kyle wiltjer from gonzaga has an outside chance of getting picked in the second round for his outside shooting ability.

Wes washpun from northern Iowa won’t get drafted but has an outside chance to end up on an NBA roster someday if he develops his outside shot and pg skills more.

He will probably end up in the D League or overseas but Juan’ya Green from Hofstra was CAA player of the year and lost in OT to UNC Wilmington in the CAA Championship game. Smart, heady point guard who can get into the paint, shoot, and defend. Lacks elite athletic talent but is by no means slow or "unathletic".

Another Long Island player who I did not see as much of but who was all over the local media was Jameel Warney of Stony Brook. This guy legit looks like an offensive linemen on broadcasts and put up 23-15 on Kentucky in the tourney, also had a 40 point performance in the conference tournament. 3 Time America East player of the year. Like Green, not an elite run/jump guy for his position but knows how to play on both ends and just looks strong as an ox.

PF Justin Sears from Yale is a stud. Athletic and polished player.

Agunwa Okolie is a big and long SF from Harvard with lockdown potential; think Mbah A Moute

Both will go undrafted, but if given chance they´ll do good.
