Adidas30ParticipantJust seen news on Twitter that the 5"6 PG signed for a weekend try out with Houston!
I think this is the perfect way to get him back in the eyes of NBA scouts to see where he truly stands. Although I’m a huge fan of Carr I do not believe he will make this roster as they have the position filled and he lacks experience but will be a good move in terms of D-League afflation and has a chance to hone his game there. (Learning to be a PG becoming pesky on defense just the little things to tighten up his game) I do believe although small he has the athleticism to be be a 3rd guard in the L.

DrivingDownTheStreetinmy64Good that he’s back on nba radars!!!!!! But He should give Amerileague a shot!! They’ve signed guys like Terrence williams, Billy Walker & Daguan Wagner!! There he can get paid about 3 times as much as D leaguers And possibly become the face the league!!!

Arc12345ParticipantI wish the guy had gone to college. It’s a shame that he passed on a free degree, as the professional opportunities would’ve still been there after he graduated.

IlladelphParticipantI’ve seen the youtube mix tapes and he had a flashy, entertaining style in high school. But he was a showy, street style type player, and he really would have benefited from being coached at the D1 level for 4 years. For a guy that short, to have a shot in the NBA he needs to be technically near perfect and play very sticky defense. He made a bad choice by forgoing college. I don’t ever see him playing in an NBA game.
