Any updates on Royce White

Seems like the worst case scenario and he's faded into obscurity. Haven't heard anything on him since November and I'm worried now that he's lost his chance at an NBA career.

He was one of my favourites

He was one of my favourites in the previous draft. He just sits on twitter all day feeling sorry for himself....

You would think he would eventually play a nba game, when that is we may never know. I used to stick up for this guy but after following him on twitter I have lost alot of respect for him.... One day he bags his doctor and the rockets organization, then apologise the next day...

I know depression is linked with anxiety but I am slowly losing my patience with him....

The last press mention I saw

The last press mention I saw was this:

http://www.cbssports.com/nba/story/21277348/postups-lakerland-needs-to-c...

"There are small signs of progress in Houston, as Rockets rookie Royce White has capitulated and begun seeing the team's recommended psychologist, Dr. Aaron Fink of Baylor University. White remains away from the team and continues tweeting away in seclusion, although the tone of his social media commentary has swerved distinctly away from attacking the Rockets. (Evidently, the fine deductions in his first couple of paychecks resonated.) However, sources with knowledge of the situation caution against characterizing these developments as any kind of breakthrough in the team's efforts to accommodate White's desire for what he has called "consistent" and "appropriate" treatment of his anxiety disorder. The White situation evolves daily, and there's no clear end game in sight. White deserves compassion, but he's resisted legal counsel offered to him as well as help from the National Basketball Players Association. The Rockets also deserve credit for not giving up on him. One person briefed on the matter has concluded that a lesser organization would've long since begun the process of voiding his contract."

It seems like he finally

It seems like he finally decided to keep his mouth shut and that's probably the best decision he could have made.

Royce White's story would

Royce White's story would make a hell of a 30 for 30 in a few years.

^

Not if he never plays a game in the NBA which is not that far fetched, but it would be a damn shame.

I am guessing his coach Fred

I am guessing his coach Fred Hoiberg won't be on Kevin McHale's xmas card list after convincing him to take Royce in the draft - alot of teams were passing on him....

Report and his documentary:

College, man. So

College, man. So consuming...I've been reading what you guys have been posting but I'm not even qualified to talk basketball now because I haven't had time to watch any games outside of UVA. I'll be on the boards more in the next month, though.
