I dont see Monroe getting there, I say Hibbert is going to be there because he averaging double-double on a winning team.

I gotta say that neither Melo or Amare really deserves to be there either. I would prefer Deng and Anderson.

Paul over Westbrook to start. Definitely. As well as Bynum over Jefferson.

Yeah, Hibbert has a good chance as the Pacers are doing well this year.  However, have you noticed how stud Monroe has been for this ailing Detroit Pistons team?  He has put up great numbers: 15.7 PPG and 9.6 RPG while shooting over 55% from the floor.  I like Hibbert and Monroe, I just thought Monroe deserved a little credit because of how well he is playing for a terrible team.

I didn’t even think of Luol Deng, for some reason his name just didn’t come to mind.  Therefore I definitely would have had Luol Deng in there if I had realized that I left him out.

I had to think long and hard about Ryan Anderson, and I had him in there but took him out to make room for Amare Stoudemire.  Now that I think about it more, the Knicks are struggling bad after so much hype, and Amare is not doing very much for the squad this point in the season.  I would put Luol Deng in Amare Stoudemire’s place.  As far as Ryan Anderson goes, as long as he keeps up the numbers he has I don’t see why anybody shouldn’t vote for him.

I like Chris Paul a lot and think he’s having an excellent year, I just thought it’d be unique to have a new face in the starting lineup, considering Russell Westbrook has too played well this year.  You are probably right though, number-wise CP3 should start over Russell Westbrook.

Andrew Bynum is having a breakout year for him, and that is sweet.  I have always liked him but he never really got to play much because of his knee.  Now that he is finally healthy he can perform well out on the court and his numbers really show it.  Even so, I still think Al Jefferson should start over him.  Jefferson is scoring the ball more and he is playing for a team with a better record.  Andrew Bynum definitely deserves in the game though.

I’d just like to point out that these are early projections and there is still a lot of time left between now and the All-Star game, and my list will definitely change by then.  I did this list with the limited resources I have, so I may not have picked the best players but I will soon make a volume 2 to this list and make it a little more accurate then this one.

The voting goes by Fowards, not Small and Power Fowards, meaning Melo will start with Lebron.

And Al Jefferson  deserves tp start, but he’s not even on the top list of votes, it’s so sad that Joel Anthony was among the leading vote getters for Centers in the East in the returns a couple days. All of the Heat bandwagon fans vote for anyone that plays with Lebron and D Wade.

Paul will get more votes than Westbrook, and the way K-Love has been playing, he might actually start.
