Adding fuel to the fire...
After Kyrie had an amazing game, Lebron James took it upon himself to tweet this about Kyrie. Right away people are putting things together and now people are even more interested in the idea of him returning to Cleveland...Oh the drama, how I enjoy it. Thoughts? I personally think he's just a great mentor towards Kyrie and TT and he is just showing them support. Still don't think he will be returning though.
"@KingJames @KyrieIrving is definitely a All-Star this year #nodoubtaboutit"
How is that tweet in any way "adding fuel to the fire?"
He's just giving Kyrie his deserved props.
If you read into it any more than that then you're just grabbing at straws, hoping for some sort of connection.
Siggy you know Cav fans still want LeBron back, even though they say they hate him, dan gilbert and lebron have a better love story than twilight going on
Tons of players have great games every night and Lebron never tweets respect to a lot of them. But he does to the player who is a part of the Cavaliers? A friend said it seemed weird to him so it put the thought into my head. Also you're saying it is not strange to tweet such a thing, yet considering the rumors that are currently going on about him next season and returning wouldn't it make more sense for him not to post anything at all? (Also, again I was just asking for thoughts, if you want to be negative take it else where.)
Well kyrie is the next big star of the cavs, so he feels connected to kyrie, just like Magic is to Kobe.
I'd honestly love to see this happen. The Heat are getting older and their window is oddly enough going to be closing in the next 2-3 years right around the Kyrie Waiters and TT will be coming into their primes.
an all-star. Everything that Lebron says will add to the fire that he'll return for Cav's fans because all we got is hope. If Kyrie is going to be a superstar in this League then he needs to play in this all star game. If I were his publicist I would be trying to get him in the 3pt contest, Rook-Soph game and All-star game. If his ceiling is superstar not just star he has to start getting national recognition and all star validation is part of that.
In a messed up way LeBron is actually really smart. Left Cavaliers, they got bad and picked up a lot of lottery picks and another star in Irving. Meanwhile, LeBron gets his title in Miami and has a short window to get one or two more maybe. If not, goes right back to Cleveland where they have all the pieces ready for him to come back and win a title.(Obviously would have to shift roster around a little because of his contract) He comes back and wins a championship or two for the hometown and all hateful feelings are gone towards him. Okay maybe not all, but they'd be a little more forgiving.
Your looking way to deep into things. Just stop, you're gonna be highly dissapointed if he doesn't come.
It just look like lebron is campaning for Irving to get the all star nod nothing more. I'm sure lebrons main consern is trying to win this year and not something 2 years down the line. It seem like you got caught up in the media hype (ESPN).
I think LeBron is playing with the media, he has enough experience to be able to bait journalists, television stations and analysts into looking deeply into anything LeBron says that is in association with the Cavaliers. Like Siggy said, this seems more like LeBron showing his admiration to one of the most talented young players in the league.
Lebron also tweeted about KD the night he scored 52.... he's only giving props, nothing more
