jjonzParticipantCan ABynum be a productive 1st option on offense? If he gets 15-20 quality touches a game what can we expect.
I think he could avg18ppg/11 rebs/2-3blks. These are great # but can his knees & body withstand that type of Demand.
Where is the best fit for DHoward. There is no way he can stay in ORL. They can only get better from within. Waiting for Gill to return to his Hibachi days will leave the Magic outside of the playoff race next year with a disgruntled Star.
The best fit would seem Brooklyn. A place where he could put his stamp on a Team along side a fellow Allstar.

Anton123ParticipantBynum could be a really good player, he won’t be the shotblocker Howard is but I think that if he can stay healthy (which is absolutely impossible to predict) he can have a 20-10 season at some point of his career. He could be the closest thing to Shaq in a while IF he can stay healthy.
If the Nets (or Knights, or whatever they will be called) get Howard, what will they do with Brook?

OhCanada-ParticipantOtis Smith did a bad job colelcting assets in preperation for Howards contract year. It seems like Howard will be moving to a team with assets, instead of Orlando recruiting a player like Paul or Williams. How can Orlando pick on of those players up, Daniel Orton? Jameer Nelson? J Rich? Bad job…

jjonzParticipantavg 5 rebs last season, even if he gives me 20ppg that would be hard for me to overlook a 7’0 Center that is Out-Rebounded by PG’s

Da1potParticipantBynum might be an All-star if he was on a team where he wasn’t basically the fourth option behind Kobe, Gasol and Odom. Bynum only averaged 8.7 shots per games he started acording to basketballreference.com compared to 20 per game for Kobe, 14 per game for Pau Gasol, 11 per game for Lamar Odom and about 8 per game for Shannon Brown and Ron Artest. He needs more shots, as I would much rather him taking a high percentage shot in the post than Artest and Kobe launching prayers from outside…………

Charlie SheenParticipantHoward needs to play with shooter, solid wing defenders so he doesnt have to help all the time and a solid pick and roll point guard
Howard’s Perfect Team
C- Dwight Howard
PF- Andrea Bargnani- we all want this to happen for Howard
SF- Trevor Ariza- great wing defender and 3 pt shooter runs the break well with Paul
SG- Mickael Pietrus- great wing defender and corner 2 shooter would thrive in transition with Paul
PG- Chris Paul- Best pick and roll pg in basketball made Chandler look like a monster imagine throwing it up to Howard
Bynum should be a 1st option in my opinion or at least a 2nd option
Bynum’s Perfect Team
C- Andrew Bynum
PF- Josh Smith- This would allow Smith to roam as Bynum protects the basket well
SF- Grant Hill- ultimate glue guy for a team like this
SG- Joe Johnson- Bynum and Johnson would be a solid as they could share the spot light
PG- Kirk Hinrich- wont jack up shots

OhCanada-ParticipantDa1pot you think LA wants to launch shots from the perimeter. Every teams goal on a defensive possession against LA is for Artest to launch a three everytime he is on the court.

meirmeir13Bynum is a solid and a fundamental player with alot of maturity and growth. At only 23 years old the kid has 2 championchips and has played with the greatest coach in the history of basketball. Saying that he misses more than 40 games a season and has yet to proven that he can withstand a 82 game season. He can put up good numbers on any team its going to be intresting to see the shift from kobe to Byum team if they stay together.

iguapops420ParticipantYou’re watching it as we get further into the playoffs. Kobe seems somewhat reluctant to start giving him the late game touches the team needs from him. Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom need to stop getting so many late game touches. Though Bynum can’t get a foul call in the paint to save his life. It’s always an offensive foul or traveling. The league is doing everything they can to eliminate real D and true back to the basket, slow paced, grind it out basketball.

nateoak10ParticipantBargs will never make any perfect situation
I think Dwight needs interior help instead of some random outside shooter, imagine if he played with Aldridge or Zbo or a non pussy Pau, or KG…. Better then Bargs or Rashard Lewis

Cardinal_FanParticipantI’d love to see a core of Deron Williams and Dwight Howard on NJ/Brooklyn. If they could get a solid third option surrounded by decent role players i think they could be a pretty good team.
