     my aau team made it to nationals…and i was wondering how many teams get to go to nationals?

    My team got invited because we won a tourney.. IDK exactly how many go but my team wasnt very good.. We didnt travel because they were heald in Fla. and we are in WV.

    What’s teams do y’all play for ?? I play for the urban dfw elite 15u team .Our varsity team has some highly recruited players like Jordan Mickey and Karviar shephard . We just got back from Indiana because we played in the adidas invitational

    There are 40 teams that compete in pool play (4 teams). The top 2 teams in each pool play in the Championship bracket and the bottom two teams play in the Classic bracket.

    When I played there was also a Silver tournament which was organized the same way as the top level, but obviously the teams in the Silver division wern’t as good.

    Last year I played and there was close to 60 teams I think. I played with guys who are now going to big schools such as TJ Warren going to NC State and Terry Henderson going to West Virginia. Several other guys from my team are also playing Division 1 next year. Good luck at Nationals. Play hard every second you’re on the court, cause there are plenty of coaches looking at every thing you do.

    Congrats, I play U15, I don’t think we’re anywhere close to the level of those Elite teams to be honest, lol. My cousin plays for the U13 team in the same program and they’re going to the tourney in Vegas next weekend, if that’s what you’re talking about.
