CynthiaParticipantTyson Chandler vs Javale Mcgee
• McGee can only hope to be what Tyson is, Tyson is the better defender/team player. Offensively all they both do is dunk so that’s kind of hard to compare.Deandre Jordan vs Andre Drummond
• I think Drummond continues to develop and beats DeAndre on both sides of the ball.Brooke Lopez vs Al Horford
• Brooke is possibly the best offensive Center in the league, so I’ll give him the nod. On defense neither is overly amazing but I’d give Horford the nod on D.Demarcus Cousins vs Roy Hibbert
• Cousins *should* be better than Hibbert on both ends of the court, but he’s still unproven. Cousins will score more on offense but Hibbert is a much better defender.Tim Duncan vs Kevin Garnett.
• Most would consider these two Power Forwards not Centers, but realistically they’ve played both positions interchangeably their entire careers. Duncan at this point is the better player, Garnett was always the more athletic guy and with age that faded, Duncan is still fundamentally sound and can get going on offense much easier than Garnett. Defensively they’ve both lost a step but are still decent shot blockers, I’d say they about even on D.0 - Posted on: Wed, 10/23/2013 - 9:45am #844993

Miko4rm206ParticipantBoth Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan can both play PF as well as C. You can plug them in either position. There true position may be PF but would postion have they both been playin the past few years.

wrectorParticipantI’m aware, but as their current teams stand they would be playing PF not center. Brook Lopez & Tiago Splitter are the respective centers.

reed4185ParticipantI think if Horford and Cousins played there natural position of power forward they would be much better than they are right now.

bukowParticipantHonestly, the first 3 matchups don’t interest me at all…
I wanna see if D. Howard is back to his old form and M. Gasol is the one who will give him most problems.0 - Posted on: Thu, 10/24/2013 - 10:06am #845181
