If it weren’t for basketball, guys like Jason Kidd and Kyrie Irving might be hopeless in the real world. I’m from the bay area and for the past 25 years I’ve heard the legends of Kidd’s lack of intelligence. One of the most common descriptors is that Kidd may have never learned how to spell his name if it hadn’t been printed on his jersey. As for Irving, check out the stuff he follows on instagram. This guy believes some of the biggest bull$hit conspiracy theories out there including the Earth is flat and the dinnosaurs never existed. So much for Duke U holding their "student-athletes" to academic standards.
