Billy Preston is no longer enrolled at Renondo Union (Redondo Beach, Calif.) and will be “definitely moving toward the Prep School situation,” according to what his mom, Nicole Player, confirmed via her Twitter account on Tuesday.
@pollonpreps Unsure as of yet..but we are definitely moving toward the Prep School situation. Redondo has a block schedule..that didn’t fit

Whichever prep school that ends up being will get a substantial upgrade to its frontcourt.
At 6-foot-9, Preston, a sophomore forward who is ranked No. 8 overall in the ESPN 25, has great hands and finishes efficiently on the low block, can step out and knock down the perimeter three-ball and the 15 footer and runs the floor like a guard.
The Sea Hawks are coming off a 71-58 loss to Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, Calif.) last week.
