It seems Marvin Bagley III has been everywhere, dominated everything, and he has yet to play a high school basketball game.

The 6-foot-10, 212-pound forward is just now starting high school at Tempe Corona del Sol, after recently putting on one last dominating basketball display in the AAU Nationals in Orlando for incoming high school freshmen.

As usual, the lefty showed off an array of dunks, quick cuts to the basket and exceptional ballhandling, helping his team to a third-place finish among 140 teams.

"In my opinion, he was the most dominant player," said his father, Marvin Bagley Jr.

Bagley is rated by recruiting services as the No.1 overall player in the country in the 2018 class.

His work doesn't end after Orlando's showcase.

Bagley is being trained by Joshua Clark for strength and speed and quickness at Fast Athletes USA, and by Padraig O'Brien for basketball-specific skills at Give-N-Go Hoops in the Valley.

Bagley had a strong June, fitting in well at three-time defending state champion Corona del Sol.

"He is excited about playing for coach (Sammy) Duane and in that system," Marvin Jr. said. "There is only one way to go and that is up."

Bagley's last scholarship offer came from national champion Connecticut. He has high interest from Arizona and Duke.
