2010 adidas Nations: Day 4
Team Latin America 73 vs. Team Africa 59 (3rd Place Game)
In a nationally televised game (CBS Sports Network), 6'0 Cezar Guerrero helped the Latin American team claim 3rd place with a masterful 20 point 6 reb, 1 ast, player of the game performance.
Team Latin America built a 10 point lead after 1st quarter 21-11.
Brazilian bigman Christiano Silva Felicio had a nice pass off of a deflection to Gerson do Espirto Santo for a dunk

Day 2 had two sets of games for the high school guys with a morning set of games after warm ups and then an evening set with the high school and college guys both playing.

2010 adidas Nations: Day 1
With around 25-30 NBA scouts on hand, adidas Nations got underway on Friday. The morning session consisted of station drills and some light scrimmages and one on one plays. Jared Sullinger and Renardo Sidney engaged in a solid battle in the post.
In the shooting drills, Damian Lillard's jumpshot stood out as one of the best among the guards. Lillard has a little bit of as low release and pushes the ball out away from his body some but his follow through and consistency make his shot extremely consise.

2010 adidas Nations Preview/Rosters
This year's adidas Nations will take place in Chicago, IL at Tim Grover's Attack Athletics. The event runs from August 6th-9th featuring top NBA, College, Prep and International players. The 3rd place and final games among the high school age players will be broadcast live on CBS College Sports on August 9th.

U-18 European Championships
Lithunia won the European U18 Championships on Sunday blowing out Russia 91-60 behind intriguing center prospect Jonas Valanciunas. Valanciunas was the Tournament MVP scoring 31 pts (12-14 fg) and 18 reb in the final against Russia. The young bigman was dominant showing excellent skill, mobility and desire.
