The Euroleague has had taller

The Euroleague has had taller players than the NBA for quite a long time. They just have taller players. There is a HUGE myth in the USA that the NBA has taller players. It doesn't. The NBA's players are actually shorter.

Northern Europeans are very

Northern Europeans are very tall. In the Scandanavian countries young men are on average over 6 feet tall. If you are 5' 10" and hanging around with guys under 30 you are going to feel very short. When you have that many tall guys to choose from and you have the type of sports infrastructure where they can all learn to play basketball, you are going to get a lot of tall guys on those teams. Also they have less of the elite athletes that have the type of speed to play high level basketball. So their 6 foot and under guys are less likely to be able to compete versus some of the great athletes we have here in the U.S.

By the way, Euroballer, did you make the Rigelz log in name just to have someone to ask questions you could answer?

No,

i'm not European Baller and my question was intended to observe that the average height in the NBA seems to fall while increases in Europe.
